Timi Dakolo Reacts as He Gets Cooked on Social Media for Performance at Atiku’s Campaign
Nigerian Music Producer, Singer, and Songwriter, Timi Dakolo has reacted to the smoke he has been getting as social media users have dragged him for performing at Atiku’s campaign.
Timi Dakolo who is supposedly the subject of Nigerian Social media Cancel Culture apparently got into all of the drama as a video of the singer performing his song at Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar’s Campaign; surfaced.
This cooking started later on the 23rd of March 2022 and Timi Dakolo has been trending. Timi Dakolo’s response to the trend was made known when a social media user @olaolu_thaniel made a public announcement that Dakolo was performing in Abuja International Conference Centre “endorsing Atiku”.
Dakolo then responded to the tweet telling the Twitter user “I will sing and collect bread, my guy, if it pains you well well, go sing your own…” ending the tweet with a laughing emoji.
As if in a bid to forsee the situation, it had been predicted in the past that (In January) Timi Dakolo would be called upon to perform during election shenanigans, a prediction to which Dakolo already said he would take the money and sing.
And collect my money.

There’s nothing wrong with Timi Dakolo performing at Atiku’s declaration party, but you are cancelling Taribo West for praying for Tinubu.
There’s nothing you can tell me, you people are very very mad!!!.

If we all agree that dragging Timi Dakolo is an act of a hypocrite because he’s a musician that is just doing his job then we should also agree an influencer influencing for either parties is just doing his/her job too
Good morning tweethearts 💋
