Nigerian Stars Wizkid & Tobe Nwigwe Shine Bright at the 2022 NAACP Image Awards
The 53rd Edition of the NAACP awards had Nigerian Stars Wizkid and Tems as well as Tobe Nwigwe who is also of Nigerian descent shining.
The show saw award-winning singer and songwriter, Ayodeji Balogun popularly known as Wizkid bag two awards. He Won the NAACP awards for the Outstanding International song of the Year with ‘Essence‘ featuring Tems and Justin Bieber, as well as the Outstanding Music Video/Visual Album also with ‘ Essence.’
